1. Establish a routine! Like actually schedule in a bathroom break for yourself each day or a “meeting” as my husband would say 😂
2. Get moving! I can’t remember who I heard this from, but they said- if you aren’t moving, neither are your bowels- and I think that’s genius!
3. Get in the right position. Use a squatty potty, a chair, a bathroom trash can, or literally anything else to help you get in the best position for your bowels.
4. Manage that stress. Yeah, we all have it. Stress can really affect our digestion (hello gut-brain axis)! So do what you can to find a balance and de stress!
